Daniela Woerner is the Founder and CEO of Addo Aesthetics and the host of the Top 14 podcast, Spa Marketing Made Easy. She is an aesthetician who has worked as a spa director as well as consulted with the top skincare brands in the world, and is an expert in marketing strategy and retail sales in the spa industry.
Christy Allman
Christy is the Customer Success Director, events planner, and ultimate cheerleader for Addo Aesthetics. With a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Special Education, Christy’s corporate background lies heavily in Community Relations. This experience is evident every day as the one who supports and empowers our members with the Addo community as well as clients and students in all of our programs.
As a former military spouse, her views around supporting family, freedom, and flexibility are her driving force in supporting Addo Aesthetics.
Lucy Milton
Lucy is the Marketing Manager at Addo Aesthetics. She leads platform-specific content and social, co-creates Growth Factor® Magazine, and enables AI for brand-accurate creative. Lucy supports launches and funnels, tracks performance, and coaches inside the Growth Factor® Implementation Program, helping Spa CEOs achieve predictable, repeatable growth with a relationship-first, systems-based approach.
Sara Sykes Moore
Sara is a Growth Factor® Community Coach who helps guide and support our students as they implement what they learn into their spa so they can scale to new heights.
She is a licensed esthetician with over 10+ years of industry experience, the owner of Sykes and Lanno, her successful brick-and-mortar spa. She focuses on building client treatment plans, hosting spa events, and has launched a private label line.
She is an expert at revenue-generating activities, with her spa reaching six figures in the first year.
Ashley Stephens
Ashley is the CEO and Founder of Honey Rose Aesthetics in Puyallup, WA where she leads a team of seven. A former United States Navy supervisor who developed fleetwide training programs, Ashley blends disciplined leadership with a high-touch spa sensibility to build teams that perform with consistency, care, and clean KPIs.
